1. ABOUT TECH PHOENIX
Tech Phoenix is a mobile phone, tablet and small device repair service operated by Sakurio Limited. We serve customers across Greater Manchester, including Salford, Manchester, Rochdale and Chorlton.
Repairs are carried out by approved repair specialists ("Specialists") working under Tech Phoenix service standards, including our 15-month warranty and no-fix, no-fee policy. By submitting an enquiry or booking through this website, you are requesting a repair from Tech Phoenix.

2. OUR SERVICES
Tech Phoenix provides:
Operation of the Tech Phoenix website and booking system
Receipt and qualification of your repair enquiry
Allocation of your repair to a suitable approved Specialist
Coordination of repair scheduling and customer communication
Warranty administration and after-sales support

3. INDEPENDENT SPECIALISTS
Specialists connected through Tech Phoenix are self-employed individuals or independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of Sakurio Limited.
Specialists are responsible for their own tools, equipment and the technical execution of each repair. Tech Phoenix sets the service standards, parts policy, warranty terms and customer-care expectations under which Specialists operate.
We take reasonable steps to verify that Specialists hold appropriate insurance and meet our service standards before they are connected to customers. However, we make no warranty as to the quality, safety, or fitness for purpose of any repair carried out by a Specialist.

4. QUOTES AND PRICING
Indicative repair prices are published on our website. These are provided for guidance only. The Specialist will confirm the final price before beginning work. You are under no obligation to proceed if you do not accept the quoted price.

5. NO FIX, NO FEE
Our Specialists operate on a no fix, no fee basis. If the Specialist is unable to repair your device, you will not be charged for the repair attempt. A diagnostic fee may apply in certain circumstances and will be communicated to you in advance by the Specialist.

6. WARRANTY
Repairs are covered by a 15-month warranty on parts and labour, provided by the Specialist who carried out the work. This warranty is the Specialist's obligation, not Sakurio Limited's.
The warranty covers faults arising from the repair itself. It does not cover:
- New damage caused after the repair (e.g. drops, liquid damage)
- Faults unrelated to the original repair
- Damage caused by third-party repairs made after the work was completed
To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@techphoenix.co.uk and we will connect you with your Specialist.

7. YOUR DEVICE
You confirm that the device you are bringing for repair is either owned by you or that you have the authority of the owner to authorise the repair.
The Specialist will take reasonable care of your device. We recommend you back up your data before any repair, as some procedures may result in data loss. Neither Sakurio Limited nor the Specialist is liable for loss of data.

8. PAYMENT
Payment for repair services is made directly to the Specialist on completion of the repair, unless otherwise agreed. Payment methods accepted by each Specialist may vary and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Tech Phoenix sets the service standards under which Specialists operate, including the 15-month warranty and no-fix, no-fee policy. Specialists are responsible for the technical workmanship of each individual repair.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sakurio Limited's total liability to you in connection with any single repair booking is limited to the value of the repair concerned.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. COMPLAINTS
If you are unhappy with the service provided by a Specialist, please contact us at info@techphoenix.co.uk. We will use reasonable endeavours to assist in resolving the matter with the Specialist, though we cannot accept liability for their workmanship.
If you have a complaint about Tech Phoenix or our conduct, we aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve all complaints fairly.

11. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
