These Terms & Conditions govern the repair services provided by Tech Phoenix, a trading name of Sakurio Limited (Company No. 13982221), registered at 2 Manor House Lane, Datchet, SL3 9EB ("we", "us", "our").
By booking a repair with us, you agree to these terms.

1. OUR SERVICES
We provide mobile phone and tablet repair services, including but not limited to screen replacement, battery replacement, charging port repair, and water damage assessment.
Services are carried out at:
- Our repair lab at 21 Edward Street, Salford, M7 1SN
- Via mobile visit within a 3-mile radius of M7 (subject to availability)
- Via drop-off at 272 Upper Chorlton Road, M16 0BN (Seymour News)

2. QUOTES AND PRICING
All prices are as listed on our website at the time of booking. Where a fault requires additional investigation, we will provide a revised quote before proceeding. You are under no obligation to proceed if you do not accept a revised quote.

3. NO FIX, NO FEE
If we are unable to repair your device, you will not be charged for the repair attempt. A diagnostic fee may apply in certain cases and will be communicated to you in advance.

4. WARRANTY
All repairs carried out by Tech Phoenix are covered by a 15-month warranty on parts and labour. This warranty covers faults arising from the repair itself. It does not cover:
- New damage caused after the repair (e.g. drops, liquid damage)
- Faults unrelated to the original repair
- Damage caused by third-party repairs made after our work

5. YOUR DEVICE
You confirm that the device you are bringing to us is either owned by you or that you have the authority of the owner to authorise the repair.
We take reasonable care of your device. We recommend you back up your data before any repair, as some procedures may result in data loss. We are not liable for loss of data.

6. PAYMENT
Payment is due on completion of the repair unless agreed otherwise. We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) via Stripe.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability to you is limited to the cost of the repair. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business or loss of data.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

8. COMPLAINTS
If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us at info@techphoenix.co.uk. We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve all complaints fairly.

9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
